Mayas
Erickson practices primarily in the areas of labor
and employment, commercial litigation and regulatory
compliance. Ms. Erickson earned her law degree
from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana
State University in 2002, graduating summa cum
laude and Order of the Coif. At LSU, Ms. Erickson
received the CALI Excellence Award for excellence
in International Law and Income Tax and was awarded
membership into the Wex S. Mallone Inns of Court
for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Ms. Erickson
was actively involved in many organizations while
attending LSU.
Prior to law school, Ms. Erickson earned her
bachelor degree in Business Administration from
Louisiana State University, graduating summa cum
laude. Ms. Erickson is admitted to practice in
the federal district courts for the Eastern, Middle
and Western districts of Louisiana. Ms. Erickson
is a member of the Louisiana State, Federal, American
and New Orleans Bar Associations.
