Shannon Geier works in the firm's Chicago office practicing primarily in commercial litigation, with a special expertise defending consumer claims and all aspects of employment law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Geier practiced commercial and medical malpractice litigation in Chicago. Ms. Geier earned her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 2002. While at Loyola, she was a senior editor on the Children's Legal Rights Journal and participated in Moot Court in a national competition receiving a Best Brief award. Ms. Geier received her Bachelor of Arts from St. Norbert College in 1993 and her Master of Education from National-Louis University in 1999.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and federal district courts of the Northern, Central and Southern districts of Illinois; Northern and Southern districts of Indiana; Western and Eastern districts of Wisconsin; and the Western District of Michigan.
