Philadelphia, PA Office Opening / Addition of Peter R. Rosenzweig as Special Counsel

On April 13, 2010, the firm opened its newest regional office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The office is located in downtown Philadelphia at 1818 Market Street. Our resident attorney is Peter R. Rosenzweig.

Peter has joined the firm as special counsel in the Employment, Commercial and Consumer Defense Practice Group, having managed his own firm for the last 5 years. Peter graduated cum laude from the University of Miami Law School in 1997 and was a Phi Beta Kappa graduate from the University Scholars Program at the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated cum laude with an Honors Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations in 1994.

Peter has had a broad experience as an employment attorney and been a successful commercial litigator. He is admitted and practices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Peter will continue to serve his existing clients and with his oversight, the firm will maintain a satellite office in Boca Raton, Florida.

Peter will dedicate a significant portion of his time defending consumer defense cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Addition of Leslye E. Moseley as Associate in Dallas, TX Office

On January 28, 2010, Leslye E. Moseley, joined the firm as an associate in the Dallas, TX office.

Leslye has practiced with a mid-sized Dallas firm Munsch Hardt Kipf & Harr focusing on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation.

Lesley graduated from Southern Methodist University, cum laude and Order of the Barristers and was admitted to the Texas bar in 2005. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M, majoring in Agricultural Journalism and Agricultural Economics.

Leslye enjoys many activities and honors: Associate Producers of Dallas Summer Musicals; Dallas Association of Young Lawyers; Dallas Bar Association-Business Litigation, Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Section; P. E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court.

Leslye also works with David R. Clouston and Christopher R. Richie helping coach the SMU Mock Trial Team.

Addition of Richard R. Stedman, II as Associate in Metairie, LA Office

On January 5, 2010, Richard R. Stedman, II, joined the firm as an associate in the Metairie, LA office.

Rick graduated Tulane University with a B.A. in History in 1993. From 1997 through late 2001, he was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in New Orleans.

Rick attended Loyola University Law School, where he graduated in the top 6% of his class; was a law review member; Order of the Barristers; and, a Crowe Scholar.

Rick has most recently practiced with Jones, Walker in the New Orleans office practicing employment law.

Rick is working in the firm’s Metairie office helping with consumer defense and employment matters.
