Kenneth Grace practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, and specifically collection and credit litigation and employment litigation in both the state and federal arenas. He has represented collectors in litigation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Truth in Lending Act, and the Florida Consumer Collections Practices Act. He has also represented employers in litigation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Florida Civil Rights Act. Ken is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts, the U.S District Court Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Northern District of Florida, U.S. District Court Western District of New York and the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Following his graduation with high honors from McKendree College with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing, Mr. Grace graduated from Wilmington College with a Master's of Science in Management degree with concentration in Human Resources. After obtaining his Bachelor's and Master's degrees, Mr. Grace attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he graduated with honors and served as an officer and student advocate on the National Championship Trial Team.
Mr. Grace is an officer in the Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA), the American Collectors Association (ACA), and the Florida Collectors Association (FCA). Mr. Grace is also a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar.
Before working as an attorney and attending law school, Mr. Grace served as an officer in the United States Air Force.► Download vCard
