Christopher Richie provides counseling
and litigation advocacy to his clients in a wide
variety of disputes. He works closely with brokerage
houses, oil, gas and chemical companies, service
providers and businesses in state and federal
court litigation arising out of customer complaints,
industry and commercial disputes, and regulatory
actions. Mr. Richie also represents clients in
real estate and employment litigation.
Mr. Richie’s practice also includes enforcement
actions before various state securities commissions,
FINRA, the SEC and state regulatory agencies.
In addition to his arbitration work, Mr. Richie
has extensive trial experience in state and federal
courts handling employment, confidentiality and
non-competition agreement issues and general business
law matters, including contract and general corporate
law issues.
