Daniel W. Pisani joined the firm in 2011 bringing 19 years of legal experience with him. He graduated from Marquette University in 1989 and Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1992.  Dan began his legal career as a trial attorney in the Public Defender's Office where he gained experience representing criminal defendants in both jury and bench trials.  After leaving the Public Defender's office, Dan became a civil litigator.  He has first chaired more than 15 jury trials and  has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the country.  In addition to his legal practice, Dan serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Services, a non-profit social services agency that provides residential support services for adults with developmental disabilities.  Dan practices in our Chicago office with the Consumer Defense Litigation Group.  He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and numerous federal jurisdictions throughout the United States.
