Our licensing compliance practice area is national in scope and covers state statutes and codified law addressing the issues of licensing, bonding, and prohibited practices. We ensure that our clients satisfy all state and municipal licensing requirements to perform debt collection activities.

At times, we also assist clients in the qualification of their businesses where required and file Annual Reports with the approporate state agencies.
