Rachel A. Morris practices in the firm's Consumer Defense and Commercial Litigation Groups. Ms. Morris earned her law degree, summa cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2011, where she graduated second in her class. At Stetson, Ms. Morris served as the Research Editor on the Stetson Law Review Executive Board, earned seven book awards, completed the Honors Program, and was selected for membership with the National Order of Scribes. During law school, Ms. Morris also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable James D. Whittemore at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Honorable Edward C. LaRose at the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Morris received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 2008.
Ms. Morris is licensed to practice law in Florida state courts and the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Tampa Bay Inn of Court.
