Richard R. Stedman

Richard R. Stedman, II joined the firm in 2010. He practices in the areas of labor and employment and commercial litigation. His litigation practice includes representing employers in matters involving workplace discrimination and workplace harassment, as well as disputes regarding employee leave, employment contracts, wrongful discharge,
wage payment and overtime before state and federal courts, nationwide. Richard also advises employers on workplace policies and employee handbooks.

Richard received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law, where he graduated in the top 6% of his class as a Crowe Scholar and a member of the Order of the Barristers. While at Loyola, Richard was a member of the law review and received the Dean's Award for Highest First Year GPA.
