Leslye Moseley practices in state and federal courts throughout Texas representing institutional clients with complex commercial and employment disputes in the construction, hospitality, employment, commercial banking, and debt collection industries. Ms. Moseley has represented homeowners and contractors before the Texas Residential Construction Commission and has successfully obtained monetary and injunctive relief for industry leaders in the durable medical equipment and hospitality industries. Her practice also includes securities litigation and enforcement where she has represented a wide range of companies and individuals before the SEC, state securities boards and FINRA arbitrations.
Ms. Moseley graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2005 and was awarded the Order of the Barristers.
Ms. Moseley is a Board Member for Associate Producers of Dallas Summer Musicals and the .08 Foundation and a Mock Trial Coach for the award winning Southern Methodist University Mock Trial Team. Ms. Moseley was honored in 2006 as an Associate Member of the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court.
