We handle tax litigation and frequently represent individuals and business entities in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and in several important matters we have represented the Louisiana Department of Revenue. We regularly help clients prepare pension, profit sharing, and deferred compensation plans. We have advised clients on corporate, partnership, and limited-liability company formations, reorganizations, recapitalizations, split-offs, and liquidations. We have extensive experience in state and local taxation matters, including Louisiana sales and use taxation, income, franchise and ad valorem tax issues,
as well as inheritance and estate taxation matters.
