Our firm has represented liability insurance
companies and their insureds in a great variety of cases.
We have defended hundreds of automobile accident cases,
from minor fender-benders to serious personal injury and
death cases. We have also defended various
general liability cases, including premises liability,
product liability, maritime personal injury, clergy
misconduct, toxic torts, law-enforcement liability,
school board liability and many, many others.
We also serve as coverage counsel for several insurers
doing business in Louisiana. Among the issues we have
handled for insurers are coverage for and apportioning
liability in latent-disease cases, such as asbestosis
and silicosis.
