Wendi E. Fassbender joined the firm in 2010 and practices with the Consumer Defense Group. Wendi has worked in the collection industry for over 12 years in law firm and corporate environments. During this time, Wendi helped manage a national network of retail collection law firms for the nation’s largest attorney network and later for the nation’s largest collections firm. Wendi has developed a special expertise by assisting collection law firms with compliance issues.
Wendi heads our new Atlanta office.
Wendi earned her law degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law in 2000. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
